Voice over the Internet Protocol – VOIP for short – is a technology that allows you to make phone calls over the same network that your computer uses.  For you the customer, this offers flexible calling features that are not typically found in a traditional small business telephone phone systems.

With a VoIP system you can:

- Seamlessly connect remote offices together, dialing by internal extension over the Internet

- Take a VoIP phone home, make and receive calls as if you were in the office

- Use your existing phone lines OR use an internet based phone company OR both, its your choice

- Digital Switchboard that allows each user to place, answer, transfer, pickup calls using their computer and mouse
